Reserve Stalls

Secure your stall space early — stalls are limited and in high demand at every Old West event.

Standard Stalls – Assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Premium Sponsor Stalls – First-choice access is reserved for Elite & Platinum sponsors.

Stud Stalls – Available upon request (limited).

Stall assignments are managed by each event facility. Maps and stall numbers will be sent by email prior to check-in. Please review the event-specific stall page (Guthrie, Heber, or Fort Worth) for availability, deadlines, and local details.

Contestant Check-In

Contestant check-in will be clearly marked at the event and staffed to make your arrival as smooth as possible.

All contestants will need to check-in upon arrival, or once the gates open up, to pickup their information packet and entry items.

Location: Event Check-In is located inside the main arena entrance.

What to Bring: Current Coggins, health certificates, and any required entry paperwork.

What You'll Receive: Entry packets, stall assignments, and back numbers.
